Creating and running a virtual trade show during the pandemic

A worldwide pandemic and all of a sudden: no more meetings with key accounts, no more training courses, but most importantly, no more live events and fairs. How do you do it? That's how E-Days was born: the first digital trade show in the history of Euronda, a leading dental protection company.

Like a fair, better than a fair

1, 2, 3… connect!

Many goals, but zero pressure ok 😅

Due to the cancellation of the dental industry’s most important trade fair (IDS in Cologne), we have to create something to engage dealers, customers and prospects, presenting Euronda’s new products and offering educational spaces for discussion and technical insights, with 1-to-1 appointments for salespeople… wow!

Everyone needs to know!

Social Ads & Marketing Automation

To begin with, we designed funnels dedicated to different buyer personas (dealers, agents, technicians, end users). Our architecture was supported by ads campaigns on new and remarketing audiences, combined with automated email streams to update and engage the different audiences on programs, possibilities and ways to access the event.

A content ecosystem

Once logged in to the “digital fair,” the user is greeted by numerous videos produced in 4 languages to make the experience more engaging: interviews with the company owners, a video tour of the company, and a series of teasers and videos introducing new products.

An integrated platform

All-in-one to accommodate all users

The main challenge was to design a platform that, in addition to delivering our content, would allow us to manage the creation of online micro-events and technical webinars, as well as set 1-to-1 appointments in private rooms with salespeople, all while ensuring a frictionless user experience.

To do this in an agile way, we connected and integrated several tools such as Zoom, Calendly, and Activecampaign.
